
Come fall, one of my favorite things has always been the annual trek to the local apple orchards to ogle, and eventually buy, a bunch of beautiful, tasty, and nutritious apples. In years past, most of the apples I bought were made into pies. And, oh my... they sure were yummy! hehe
But these days... I'm trying to avoid pie of any sort. And, I was just wondering... do any of you have any healthy apple recipes that you'd like to share? I do love eating fresh apples as a snack... but sometimes I am in the mood for something just a little bit more exotic than that. Know what I mean?
