Hey there.. just found your site off of Tony the Anti-Jared's. It sounds like we're at pretty much the same place. About the same age-about the same weight to lose.
Just wanted to shout out a "GO GET EM!" to you!-Cheryl
Don't give up.. I am on the journey too!
Hello!!!!! Looking forward to hearing more from you real soon :-)
Good to have you back!
I've been wanting to send you an email just to say hi and let you know you're not forgotten but couldn't find it on your site - so HI!!!!!
Welcome back! Looking forward to reading your update. Remember, if you are ever finding it tough to stick with your program just imagine yourself at target and use that vision to empower you to keep going. We're all behind you!
Thinking of you :o)
You shouldn't feel bad about yourself. You are trying to do better. Forget about the small setbacks. Pat yourself on the back for being willing to fight your way to a healthier person. I am very obese and can't find the courage to get started on another darn diet. Be proud of yourself.
I am in the same boat as you - needing to lose weight. I start, work at it for a couple of weeks, mess up, and then stop. Please keep trying and don't give up! Also, you are a good person, no matter what you look like at the moment. Don't be so hard on yourself. When I get frustrated, I think of this great quote: "Life is a journey, not a destination." It really helps!
Good luck and DON'T GIVE UP!
I just "followed" you... I'll be back to poke around later :-)

Hi!
My name is Michele. I lost 86 lbs. and will have kept it off for 7 years this August. Don't despair. You will find the right moment and time to get yourself back on track. It took many years for me to find the right antidote to keep me healthy. I just turned 46 years old and have never been healthier in my life. You can read my tips and tricks to Keeping It Off at http://www.keepingyourweightoffforgood.blogspot.com
Feel free to ask my anything. I'd love to be there for you. I've been there.
I've been following your blog off and on for a couple of months. I came across it when I was putting up one of my own (http://losing-200.blogspot.com/)
Like you, I needed to lose 200 pounds and so far in a year, I've lost about 100. In one of your blogs, you mentioned that you wanted to eat about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. What worked for me was I didn't cut back that severely.
I try to stay under 2500 calories per day. My target weight is 215 and 2500 calories will be about what I need to maintain that weight when I get there. You should try the same thing.
Based on your blog, I'm assuming your initial target weight is approximately 200 pounds. Shoot for a caloric intact that will maintain you at that weight (12 calories per pound or around 2400 total).
Keep in mind though that you didn't put this weight on overnight. It's not going to come off overnight either like you're seeing on The Biggest Loser. That's Reality TV, not reality!
Be happy with a moderate weight loss of a couple of pounds a week. Figure at 330 pounds, you have to eat about 4000 calories a day to maintain that weight. I know you already know this but you just have to reduce your calories by 1000 a day to lose 2 pounds a week. Every couple of weeks, adjust your calories until you reach 2400 calories. For example, at 320 pounds, have a goal of 2850 calories; 310 lbs - 2700 calories; 300 lbs - 2600 calories; etc.
I gradually stepped down my calories so my body's metabolism had time to adjust and didn't go into starvation mode.
Don't starve yourself. Don't think of this as a diet. Think of it as a lifestyle change that brings about healthy lively.
Keep up the good work.
