Welcome Back to the 21st Century!

Photobucket

Woo hoo! I am thrilled to report that I once again have reliable internet service and I have re-entered the 21st Century! hehe And you know what that means? It means that I will be able to get back to regular blogging and will be able to keep in touch with all of you! I am SO happy about that!

Here's a sneak peek of some of the topics that I'm planning to blog about in the coming days...

1. The conclusion to "The Mystery of the Vanishing Cake"

2. My plan to make it through the holidays and actually LOSE weight this year

3. My 9-month weigh-in results from this past Monday, November 9th

4. The strange weight-loss phenomenon that has bit me in the butt more times than I can remember

5. A new recipe that I plan to try this week

And... just for the heck of it... what would YOU like to have me blog about? Is there anything in particular that any of you want to know that I've never revealed here before? Just let me know... and I'll do my best to accomodate your request! Sounds like fun, doesn't it?

Oh... I am just SO happy to be back! See you all real soon! :)

Yay, glad you are back! I missed reading about your weigh-ins, you've had an awesome year!

My best advice for the holidays is to think of them as just that...DAYS...write out on a calendar which days you have events/parties/plans and you'll probably notice in the last 60 days of the year, you might have 10 or 15 days circled. Well there are 45 other days there too! Make the best of them! Plan to indulge on your circled days and then eat healthier and exercise more on the non-event days!

Good to see you back! Don't be too hard on yourself, not having your usual support (or being able to connect very sparodically) is bound to affect you. It would be nice to hear about where you are now (as you already plan to talk about), I always like being updated on the 'numbers', even if people are trying not to fous on them.

I totally stole your idea of The List and received great feedback. That list has helped to motivate me. Thanks again for the idea. Welcome back to the 21st Century!

Here's a topic: I'm curious to know if you get treated differently now that you have lost weight compared to before?

Also, who is your biggest supporter in your weight loss journey? Who seems to be your biggest hindrance?

I love your blog! We are all in the same struggle. Poor you, with no internet. That would just be the worst if your connection with your blog is gone...it's like going to a shrink, but more fun and a lot cheaper.

Glad you made it back!
